Mid Ocean Club, Bermuda, has appointed leading PGA Professional Jody Addison as its new Director of Golf.

The internationally recognised club recently announced the restoration of its historic Charles Blair Macdonald designed golf course to be overseen by world-renowned architect Gil Hanse, as well as a major investment in member amenities, including the modernization of its clubhouse.

Addison, a PGA Professional from Scotland, brings two decades’ experience developing five-star member services at top private clubs and five-star resort communities around the world including Apes Hill in Barbados.

He grew up playing golf at Montrose, the fifth oldest golf club in the world, and began his professional career at Royal Liverpool and Sunningdale golf clubs.
