Motocaddy Named Official Trolley Partner Of The English Trophy

September 7, 2026;

Motocaddy is strengthening its commitment to professional golf after being confirmed as the Official Trolley Partner of the English Trophy on the HotelPlanner Tour this week.

The English Trophy takes place at The Caversham in Reading from September 10-13, bringing together top emerging players from across the international professional game as they compete for valuable Road to Mallorca ranking points and a share of the £250,000 prize fund.

As part of the agreement, Motocaddy will supply 60 award-winning QB2 push trolleys for competitors to use throughout the tournament. The initiative will allow players to experience Motocaddy’s push trolley range first-hand, while providing the brand with valuable insight and feedback from golfers competing at this level.

Motocaddy will also have a strong presence across the event, with on-course branding and signage throughout the tournament, while the brand will field a team in the Pro-Am, creating further opportunities to engage with players, partners and colleagues across the golf industry.

Following the recent news that Motocaddy has signed a multi-year deal with The PGA as a National Tournament Partner, this latest announcement demonstrates Motocaddy’s continued investment in professional tournament golf, using its involvement at events to benefit players while providing a platform to showcase its products with the wider golf industry. The brand has also established a strong presence on the Clutch Pro Tour, supporting events across the UK’s leading developmental professional golf circuit.

“We’re delighted to become the Official Trolley Partner of the English Trophy and be associated with an event that plays such an important role in the development of professional golfers,” said Oliver Churcher, Marketing Director at Motocaddy. “The HotelPlanner Tour provides a hugely important pathway for players looking to progress their careers, so to have the opportunity to support them directly with Motocaddy products is a big moment for our brand.

“Getting our products into the hands of professional golfers is incredibly valuable to us, not only because they can experience the performance of our products first-hand, but their feedback helps us understand what matters to golfers competing at this level. Alongside supplying trolleys for the players, our on-course presence will give us a fantastic platform to both contribute to the tournament and engage with a wider audience,” he added.
