Club Car fleet ready to drive European Swing

May 6, 2026;

Club Car, the global industry-leading manufacturer of small-wheel, zero-emissions electric vehicles, is ready to support the next nine weeks of DP World Tour action with its tournament fleets.

The longstanding official supplier of the DP World Tour provides 118 branded vehicles each season, which are crucial in many different areas of an event, including TV, staging and rules.

The European Swing begins tomorrow with the Estrella Damm Catalunya Championship , and will head to Belgium, Austria, the Netherlands and Italy before finishing in Germany for the BMW International Open in early July.

Tony Swinnerton, Club Car EMEA Director, said: “Club Car is extremely proud of its long-term relationship with the DP World Tour, and of the way it has supported the game of golf for many decades.

“With the Tour heading to Europe, Club Car comes into its own with its reliable and durable tournament fleets, and we look forward to watching the action unfold over the coming weeks.”

The logistics will be handled by Hopkins Machinery, an official Club Car distributor.

“Because the vehicles are needed in the week before an event to help with set-up, as well as during the tournament itself, we have split the fleet into two, so one leapfrogs the other throughout the Swing,” said Evan Hopkins, Director of Hopkins Machinery.

“The environmental impact of the fleet transportation is minimised by steps such as using double-decker lorries with engines that adhere to Euro 6 regulations, removing the roofs and screens of the buggies to maximise capacity on each of the six lorries, and using solar and hydrogen power, where possible, to charge the vehicles.”
